Despite challenges with flights and overbooking, José María manages to arrive on time thanks to the understanding and support of the Lufthansa staff, allowing him to fulfill his dream of performing at this prestigious festival.

He also recounts his first tour in 1980 to Czechoslovakia, where he experienced unique and challenging moments, including being monitored by the local government and facing an emergency on a train due to a bomb threat. Despite the adversity, his love for the guitar and for music always prevailed.
